Franchise Specialists will act as a conduit for system franchisees to share best practices and facilitate growth. Franchisees are reinforced with the content of the Operation Manuals and through business coaching, guided towards improving their business with a focus on management, team building, marketing, sales and other key needs identified by a structured operational field visit. As a coach we work with franchisees to articulate their dreams and goals; help them clarify their mission and vision; and then reverse engineer what needs to be done to achieve the desired results.
For small franchisors, outsourcing support can provide a cost effective way to provide support to franchisees until you have reached critical mass to afford a full-time support team. For an established franchisor, an external business coach can often be the catalyst needed to facilitate change.
